Invitation to Participate in Community Meetings – Shape the Future of Local Health & Wellbeing in your community
These sessions aim to bring together local groups, organisations serving the local community and individuals passionate about strengthening their community and improving health and wellbeing.
We’d love to welcome:
• Interested residents
• Community leaders (formal or informal eg members of local groups such as WI, Gardening Club, PTA, Coffee Morning, Knit and Natter etc.)
• Local service commissioners
• Local GP surgery/clinic representatives
• Health, housing, and social services professionals
• Local faith groups
• Parish/Town Councillors
• Voluntary and charity organisations
Each session will be facilitated by an independent consultant to encourage collaboration, share ideas, and work together on solutions. This is a chance to contribute to positive change, learn from others, and expand your network.
