If you are interested or just plain curious, please drop in to an informal public meeting at the Coleford Hub on Sat 1st March at 10.30 am and join in the conversation about creating a Community Shed in Coleford and learn about Community Sheds.
What is a Community Shed?
It’s a friendly, inclusive workspace, with benches and tools, for people to work independently or as part of a group, being creative at their own pace, making and doing things of their own choosing. (There are 1200 or so of them across the UK - see web site menssheds.org.uk)
ANYONE from Coleford and surrounding Parishes IS WELCOME TO JOIN THE MEETING whether you want to be a working member, a creative tea-drinker, a helper, a trainer, supporter, or are ‘just interested’. Please bring the family with you and have a complimentary cup of tea/coffee and a bacon roll.
Patrick Abrahams (Men’s Sheds Association Ambassador) will be attending and will answer any questions you might have on Men’Sheds
